The fact that EkoMed is advancing with the KN95 and N95 masks is really great, but I hope we can also eventually maybe find a 'made in canada' solution for these masks too - not just the ZENGuard coating, but also the mask itself, as I think that is big selling feature for the Canadian market... It is my belief that as Canadians we need to promote/support more 'home grown' products - our industry - which I admit is not something I have done enough of in the past... It did become quite difficult in the past 10 years or so with just about everything being made in China, but I believe/hope the world is moving as quickly as it can away from that country. Nowadays, I will happily pay a bit more, if I have to, to purchase anything made here... And hopefully our neighbor to the south will loosen-up on its recent increasingly protectionist attitudes and realize that North America has to work together and more openly to move away from China and secure North American supply of raw materials and manufactured goods.
