i know my levels, I know I'm in your 'club' range of daily consumption.

I know that you often make blanket statements (have for a decade) about things. You are often correct, but you are over confident just as often.

What I said is correct. "D3 is a deterrent, not a preventative." Telling people D3 alone will fix all thngs is not just an overstatement, it is wrong, and irresponsible.

That doesn't mean I don't take D3. It doesn't mean I don't take high levels. It doesn't mean I don't generally agree with you. It doesn't mean that it has not helped me greatly and allowed me to recover from physical ailments quicker.

But I'm realist about life and there are no magic cures. And that includes D3.

Pogeu, even on this tread most people don't consume D3 at the levels you recommend. I would venture to say that you and I are consumers at the highest levels. I'm not a city boy, I actually work almost everyday outside and often in harsh conditions. A good D3 regiem is very helpful for me. But every once in a while my armor is breached and I get sick. That's life. particulary when life is lived outside much of the time doing strenuous activities.

Everybody needs to seriously evaluate their D3 levels and intake and likely increase it. But you have no right to attack those who inject a bit a caution into the discussion; And it makes you look like a fanatical wierdo.
