Re: CVX w/ Venezuela is/was a gift horse

The opportunity for CVX is a gift. Without the Russia event & sanctions, Old Joe's refusal to (1) promote domestic drilling w/ new incentives and (2) to open up XL-pipeline and/or promote more pipelines w/ incentives; CVX gets an EXIT strategy for their Venezuela assets.

I think pretty much of those were written off but the assets have a new life.
