I have shared info I post here with others. So you will most likely see portions of what I post on other sites. During my last call to AIRI I asked the CFO to "reaffirm" comments made during the C.C.s. He did. Nothing has changed other than the PPS. I attribute the fall to year end tax planning. Sooo.

No more shares will be issued. The new bank deal has put that to rest.

Installation and negotiations for new machines are proceeding on schedule.

Options and Warrants will be expiring soon. Anyone can check AIRI filings to see the exact timing on this.

Taglich bros. are all in, 100%.

Moving work "in house" is on schedule. Regulatory red tape is tedious but all is proceeding as planned.

If not for covid bottlenecks Revs and Profits would be higher. *Maybe much higher.

Anyone, and I mean anyone is invited to call the company and discuss anything of concern. I personally spoke with a Taglich brother. No insider info. I just asked for affirmation of the info in the C.C.s.

If there are any questions on what I post I am open to discussion. For now I expect the gap at .80 to be filled. Like many others I am putting in bids daily. Maybe I will score some really cheap shares.

Patience required. RDK
