Daily is a new TD Sell Setup 5 and an ongoing prior setup is at TD Sell Seq 7 as of yesterday. Today's bar shouldn't add to the count unless somehow it rips to a new HOD before close.

60 minute as of the 1130am EDT bar TD Sell Seq 5 so if it doesn't recycle likely wouldn't complete till earliest Weds morning/afternoon.
