Looking at network requests with developer tools in chrome seems a bit weird. It's got a 403 error and is using https. I'm thinking that might not actually be a response from stockcharts but some artifact from chrome. Not delving deeper, at least tonight.
Perhaps it is an issue with Chromium-based browsers, since Chrome, Edge, Brave, Vivaldi, Opera, and Chromium all have the problem.

Firefox uses the Gecko/Mozilla rendering engine and I just tried a Mac browser called iCab which also shows that page properly. iCab uses a custom WebKit rendering engine.
