|I hoped it was not true, but with tears I write he's gone. There is a hole in the universe where this astonishing broadly learned and generous person once lived. Lacking all pretense, he was an enormously kind hearted soul with great intelligence, broadly talented, a musical master, an artful wordsmith in several languages, an historian, an economist, and a skillful trader from Persian rugs to equities of all flavors and precious metals. A truly epic human. Too smart to rest in peace, I think. He's still busy thinking about something, I feel sure. If there is life after death, I truly cannot wait to meet again.|
Goodbye Heinz Blasnik. It was a fantastic 30 year conversation. Cheers!
