They are for sure. That blurb just about popped my eyes out. Banks had better run like hell from it.

While I think it will be struggle for them to get it this time around, it is now on the table and it shouldn't be.

These kinds of things are so difficult to challenge it is a serious mistake to let them get this foot in the door.
