That's one take, but since LGD can sell as many TV screens as they make, it wouldn't affect profits much anyway, would it? Probably better news for Samsung that they can secure the screens and of course for UDC itself since it may indicate that Samsung sees the wisdom of OLED for the long term. I'm curious when it is that Samsung can adopt LGs TV manufacturing technique without paying royalties. It shouldn't be too many years, I'm thinking. This may just be a stopgap measure for Samsung till then?
