Last bit of info is on the probability of grid down due to magnetosphere weakness during solar cycle 25.
25% chance at current strength...increasing as the field weakens.
Also, particular, century-long, progressive changes in the structure of global climate factors seen due to the weakening geomagnetic field.

IF the grid goes down, how might the total control agenda proceed?
Exclusively prioritize flow of resources to select locations for building local "grids" as the "smart" move?
Each "smart" location an energy enclave requiring strict rationing of energy, etc?
