Bringing this over here from the Big Dogs thread. Its a all written piece not bloviation, characterizing the shift we predicted some years ago. High oil prices were always and only a blessing to producers self interest. Remember Hugo blathering about rightful price of 150 to 300?

What a joke.

Now one can envision prices at the pump under 1.00, for brief periods of time.

Countries that have diversified economic bases welcome this change. Russia hopes according to the piece, that shale will disappear....and it could....but for how long can they hold their breath?

Shale production may wane, fields will change hands, production could be interrupted. That too shall pass.
