Hmmmm, it does make you stop to wonder WHY he added the word "Fresh".

His story headline:
Qualcomm Accused of Fresh Antitrust Violations by 4 Apple Contractors

Well, there are many definitions of fresh:

1) full of or renewed in vigor Antitrust violations

2) not stale, sour, or decayed Antitrust violations

3) not faded Antitrust violations

4) not altered by processing Antitrust violations

5) free from taint Antitrust violations

6) original Antitrust violations

7) impudent Antitrust violations

8) fashionable Antitrust violations

9) newly obtained Antitrust violations

I vote on #7 . :-)

Or it could be like Subway sandwich "fresh" (fresh preserved meat - oxymoron?)
