Yes. I'm a night person. I drive to a place I can ride my bike safely almost every night. I'm one of those weird people who slows for red lights and takes off for green lights... unless a BMW goes screaming around me to hit the light red. And then sits there on the phone when it turns green.

Plenty of them. Here they are all right in front of the lights, which means you have to get so close to the light you end up stopping just as it turns green.

San Diego was called "America's most corrupt city" by the Wall Street Journal at least twice... even though the climate is nice.
