No way to know for sure if you are correct, but it is a reasonable supposition given the facts at hand. Such a frustrating situation, yet not at all hopeless. As you say, the very fact that there has been this much interest from high level players is very encouraging. It may also be that some of them come back to the table now that the NDA has been revised to be more accommodating. It could also be that prospect #1 (Codelco?) comes back if things settle down soon. If they were ready to sign a deal, then perhaps once this obstacle that was outside of LBSR's control will be removed and it can be signed. What I would love to know is what happened to prospect #2. What did he not want to say? He probably would have been better off not even mentioning that one rather than leave it open to so much speculation.
