When is IBAH going to break out? It closed at $4 yesterday, back down 1/4 today. And APCO up to 7 1/4 yesterday, 7 1/2 today but both days closes at $7. ROMT had a nice (but short lived) run up to $3+ (after news) now back down to $2 7/16. I thought they would all be up a point or more by now. What have I missed? Why won't the price hold? KZAP
