Now we know why the CEO was unloading all those shares before this news came out. Luckily I pared back my holdings by 2/3rd when he sold and I smelled a fox in the woodpile. I could kick myself for not unloading all my shares!. How could they now determine there were bad batches in their pipeline, but not have a system in place to check what they were producing in the first place? For them announcing this so conveniently in their Q report, they must have been aware of this long before now. Something of this magnitude and determine what the problem is would be weeks in the making---the CEO had to know this was developing and how it would require selling weeks before it was disclosed. This fiasco, the new concern about the FDA approving the opioid NDA, and add to the delays in the cancer projects--what a disaster for a Q report!
