art, re: Barron's article-

"...Ears burning! An article in BARRON'S, published online yesterday, stating that the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals had denied the QCOM motion to stay Judge Koh's order, was corrected today. The article now assures readers that the 9th Circuit hasn't yet acted on the motion to stay.

The article overall presents a very good analysis (in my view) of the key legal issues that will probably form the crux of the appeal.."

As was pointed out by PM, the author spoke of "No Chips, No License" which I and others failed to catch.

Obviously, although the author may have an understanding of some of the legal issues going forward, he has little if any understanding in the background of this case from Qualcomm & its long term investors' perspective.
