I had a 65, 66 and 67 Chevelle, the 67 was the best looking one, the reason I stuck with Chevelles is they were was abundant at that time and findnig used parts was easy. My father had a 69 Camaro RS Convertible. He restored that in the late 70's with all brand new OEM sheetmetal, then in 1982 did a color change, a massive restoration but instead of the factory orange body and white racing stripes he went blue and white. No idea why he did that. Sold it for 8400 bucks in 84-85. No place to store it.
