From BGS 8K this AM On May 15, 2019, B&G Foods North America, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of B&G Foods, Inc., acquired Clabber Girl Corporation from Hulman & Company for approximately *$80 million in cash,* subject to customary closing and post-closing working capital adjustments. Wonder why they did not include purchase price in their press release. FWIW, market seems to be ok w/ the purchase. Last $22.31/share +0.77% EKS
