Hi Bobbyl,

Yes Poway is beautiful.

Options candy at Cohu has become increasingly more expensive and it goes inordinately to upper management.

That being said Cohu has become a double size and so too has it's employee base. I'm sure Cohu wants /needs to retain their talent.

I say give them a year to digest the merger. They have been aggressive in cutting expense. It does take time for a big merger to be digested.

If you bought a company in September last year and it is now April (7 months later or so) would you know which employees go and which stay. Which get severance and how much. It takes time to meet and rate employees.

Shutting down old designs and bumping customers to the new and better and no doubt more expensive requires going slower , one on one with each valued customer - 6 to 9 months is reasonable to insure saving every customer.

I say twelve months and then we go to the stockholder meeting in May of 2020 and raise heck, if we the company's owners don't get to see some of the fruits of our very long term investments.

I think we'll see good numbers getting better, but being adjusted by merger expenses.

Few semi companies have ever digested the bigger company than they were, in a merger.

But for those who have dared to have big mergers - the scale has always rewarded the combined company with vastly better profits. Just look at Lam this last quarter. They're killing it.

Ter had a great report and was up 7%.

Our turn is coming.
The biggest opportunity I see is buying more of this stock while it is cheap.

The price manipulation that occurred at options expiration shows me the market maker does NOT want to give up inventory.

The price manipulation is proving that stock accumulation is the mode that is being pursued by the big money.

Just look at the institutional holdings. The big holders are buying many more shares in this dip.

It's being constructed to punish share holders and accumulate more stock as far as institutional ownership is concerned.

Keep in mind that there are 14 million more shares out there. These were given to Xcerra holders with the merger. They have not been whipped around like Cohu owners are used to.

I'm sure the price manipulation is shaking out a LOT of weak stockholders.

When the shaking is done and it no longer yields stock, we'll know it.

Our low ball bids will no longer give us some cheap stock.

Then the tables will turn and the bidding up of price will be rapid.

We'll feel smart when price once again gets in the 20's.

We'll feel brilliant when price gets over 30.

Happiness is a double and it's coming quicker than most think.

Keep the faith and HOLD WITH CONFIDENCE
