China is so short of #USD that it's missing payments to Foreign Government entities. China’s CDB couldn’t fund a $2.5b loan-to-own facility due to “exchange controls”. Reality is China’s banks are out of USD and so is the government. They have lied about the FX reserves and have very little liquidity left. - k.b.
