Organize the greenhouse.
Build out the indoor farm.
After appearance is made right, install 2nd heating system - wood/coal furnace.
Also wood/coal stove.
Make necessary arrangements for self protection. Network with local law enforcement. Network where meaningful.
Acquire multiple energy storage units. Energy production systems starting with solar.
More long term storable food.
More Hidden Harvest lights.
Stockpile fuel for furnace and stove.
Maintain as high a degree of operational disgression as possible.
That should keep me busy for the first year.
