9 days from walkin' the walk.
Very steeply pitched roof.

Very solidly built, like a proper 1905 farmhouse.
Well cared for over its 114 yrs.
Also, like a proper farmhouse, an insane amount of storage space inside.
Very large detached garage.
Small greenhouse.
Large garden plot.

Sizeable rooms...3 of those upstairs will be dedicated for indoor vertical gardening.

Bedroom is 4th upstairs room.

Very high ceilings. I'm 6'2" and will need a stepladder to reach upper cabinets in the kitchen. There are two more levels of cabinets above those shown. More cabinets to the left and right. Large pantry behind me. Another closet sized space next to that. Living room, dining room, "sitting room", added on den.

I'll probably have to put $15 to 20k into it to bring it's appearance up to my own standards but even then, it'll still be under $90k total.
I got a very good deal on it. Will have no mortgage.

Very low population density area but not too low.
Surrounded by farms and cattle/livestock ranches for over 100 miles in every direction.
Nearby (but not too nearby) river and reservoir.
Good fracking for 100s of miles around.

After moving in, have first 2 yrs worth of good long term storable food delivered. Have first 10 units of Hidden Harvest lights delivered.
Prepare outdoor garden plot.
Organize the greenhouse.
Build out the indoor farm.
After appearance is made right, install 2nd heating system - wood/coal furnace.
Also wood/coal stove.
Make necessary arrangements for self protection. Network with local law enforcement. Network where meaningful.
Acquire multiple energy storage units. Energy production systems starting with solar.
More long term storable food.
More Hidden Harvest lights.
Stockpile fuel for furnace and stove.
Maintain as high a degree of operational disgression as possible.
That should keep me busy for the first year.
