I've been doing a low carb keto diet since May. I've dropped over 30 lbs since going on the diet.

I have noticed that I get light headed on occasion. The other day I got up middle of the night to pee, got light headed and fainted. Ended up with a nasty bloody nose from hitting the floor.

I take Lisiniopril daily for blood pressure. It occurred to me that with the weight loss, my BP might be down anyway, and that taking the Lisinopril might be making it dangerously low. I skipped the Lisinopril yesterday morning and took my BP late afternoon. It was 111/82. I'm going to stay off the Lisinopril for a while and continue to monitor the BP. May be I don't need it anymore.
