The main differentiating characteristic of the iTeos compound was its penetration into the brain. Unfortunately, IDO apparently isn't really a good target for brain tumors per this guy: TDO better target iTeos talks of a TDO2 program, but nothing shows in their pipeline about it. Cheers, Tuck
