Richard yeah this beamis story was out there from a couple months ago but price went down as a rumor mill suggested no offer coming. Now it seems it is getting 'hot again' as company turnaround story not materializing. Post story threw out 60 /share. I'm considering buying then sitting on this one to see if something materializes [even though if one assumes leakage-and you ought to - this one has ben melting up for a bit already prior to this story- sigh always last to know]. nypost.com
