I hope zman will reconsider. Perhaps admin could reach out to him. How about a warning in the intro: "All who enter here, this is a HIGH BAN zone." Then let zman run it likes he wants to. He never posts anything ugly or offensive. He doesn't try to sell anything. He doesn't go to other sites and harass posters. What's so very wrong about banning posters who post no content or harass or who are trying to promote themselves and their products?

And, oh yeah, zman is the best timer anywhere when he is hot. He is hot a lot.

Being a moderator is a lot of work. Those who are trading for themselves, and not selling, get paid nothing.
