Newegg Testomonial:

Recieved a Newegg package today, but instead of a hard-drive there was a DVD player/burner.

Called Newegg and they said to keep the DVD player and they would send the hard-drive.

This mix-up happened during the holidays and I don't fault Newegg at all.

Also about 5 years ago, I didn't receive a Newegg package that was reported as delivered by UPS.

Probably a kid got the box off my porch, but Newegg replaced the order. :)

Newegg has excellent customer service.
