Thank you for pointing out the trading restriction on insiders.
Maybe I have missed it, but I haven't noticed any insider open market buying for the past two years.
I appreciate your observation that the meaning of the restriction on insider trading "means there is news coming".
The news, you presume is good. And that could be a gratuitous assumption. Could it just be that the 10Q is coming in a couple of weeks? (I doubt that will be god news, for you) Alternatively there could be bad news, still news, just bad.
You asked, "What will you say when they have earnings?". Well, let me ask you, how many time have earnings been predicted? I can recall at least twice in the last 15 years; once by Bob Saxe, shortly before he stepped down as President and then again by Joe H in 2013 Q3 predicting profits in 2014. So far, not even close to profitability! Not even close to breakeven.
What will I say when they have earnings? I will be speechless, it will be stunned silence. And based on everything that is clear and obvious about this company to me, I still believe there is no reason to expect profitability soon. There will be at lease two, maybe three more dilutive PIPES before this company approaches even a breakeven status on a consistent basis. I am predicting at least a 30 million share float before breakeven occurs.
By When do you think REFR will be profitable?

I was trying to resist gloating--but I couldn't--by not bringing up the silly debate last year, you and George had, over stock buy backs VS paying dividends from the inevitable profits for 2016 that you both were sure were going to happen. So how did that work out?
