For me, the company has not lost all credibility. The PR piece that got put out, unfortunately, raised more questions than it answered for me. Now, there may be good business reasons for not telegraphing every step that they are taking so I am willing to give them the benefit of the doubt. And they did beat J&J in court. That buys them lots of credibility in my mind. I think in 6 months to a year we should see them make big inroads into the test strip market and find some semblance of a sustainable business model. If not sooner. So I don't thing I will have long to wait.
