I wasn't familiar with this company. Very interesting, It reminds me of the old Rochester Telephone. The company might not be growing, but it sure is throwing off a lot of cash to pay down debt. I take it might have to do with them not paying out a dividend. since chapter 11 days? It certainly fits the theme of consolidation by the strong within an industry that's slowly dying. I'd put commercial printing in the same category. Companies like this are getting consolidated because there's generally no need for local expansion to achieve growth. IMO It's mainly consolidation for customer acquisition and scale. One notable, this is a highly regulated industry usually with pension liability and unionized labor. I'm keeping my eye on it now.
