PBB. Exchange traded debt for PSEC. Issued $25 last December. Around $21.50 now. Pays $1.56 / yr = 7.3%. Maturity 8.3 years. Yield to maturity 9.2% May be redeemed 2/15/18. Yield if early redemption 13% PSEC just redeemed similar issue, so a good chance to redeem early. I bought a bunch. I view this as preferred stock with benefits. The main benefit is that if interest rate increase, I still get bought out in 2024. CLICK 2nd CLICK
