I had disabled "Shockwave Flash Object". You need to get to control panel ----> internet properties -----> programs --------> manage add-ons.
Once there, enable "Shockwave Flash Object".
This assumes that your blank gray screen for the CNBC stream is caused by the same issue that I've corrected. 800-433-9196 worked for me.... they were VERY patient.
