When I speak with the photographer, and I will in the next day or so, do you think the photographer will appreciate your stealing his work and calling it your own and "messing with his picture???" This shameful joke is on you, that you would steal a picture and claim it as your own, STOLEN VALOR comes to mind...
I'm in touch with that resort and I'm now in the process of contacting that photographer for his reaction, it will be interesting to see what he says and does... after all, it is plagiarism and that is unlawful...
Also, some poster just recently asked you if you used any special equipment to take that photo but you ignored that poster in order to avoid admitting that the picture wasn't yours, instead, you left the hoax stand... this is what a dishonest politician does in order to avoid answering embarrassing questions...

Your choices:
You can man up and admit you intentionally attempted to defraud and claim that picture as your own work, this would be the honorable thing to do, and I suggest you do, it would show depth and character and undo some of your inappropriate arrogance which you displayed with me, this would start to clear the air,
OR
You could simply ban the messenger, I don't recommend it, this would be the cowardly thing to do and would also be a clear and obvious admission of your guilt...
Frankly, I suspect you'll just ban the messenger and hide and hope this post goes away, but it won't, I will make it known on all my threads what kind of individual you have revealed yourself to be... the choice is yours... of course, banning the messenger is no loss to me since your admission of guilt by banning is all the proof needed to make this case more solid...
