Don't believe the headlines about Larry Ellison.

Near the end of the Q & A, "Thanks for being on these calls all these years, it won't be the same without you."

Safra, Mark, and Larry got a big laugh out of that. She set the "change" straight, that it is no change. Larry chimed in that he'll still be on the calls.

A fairly common selloff, but they bought 49 million shares for $2 billion in the quarter or about $40.80 per share.

And authorized another $13 billion on top of the remaining $3 billion.

That could buy about 9% of the shares. So while some think earnings are flat to down (a miss of 2¢ per share), Larry (and Safra) sees value.
