Responsibility implies appropriate response to events. Focusing on cutting budget deficits in 2009 would have been suicidal. We have plenty of time to fix stuff. You worry too much. If Cheif is right about a runaway market, we might find ourselves not needing to do anything. The tax receipts will explode up.
