A lot of reasons for the weakness, not the least of which are the short term fundamentals of the company. I'm a bull on this sector, so probably not the person to ask. In fact, before I saw your post, I made a post that stated I believe if you bought a basket of networking stocks today, you'd be very happy come this time next year. We will see.... I will be glad to add more "color" if you have a specific question....
