Sheldon, Did you see the news release today concerning the retirement of Roy MacMillian. Lavin will be his replacement. I called the ICC to inquire as to why Roy is retiring. They said that they hadn't attended the actual board meeting, so they wouldn't speculate as to a reason for his retirement. The way I see it it could be one of two things. Either he is jumping ship(IMO I don't think so), or he feels the company will be in good hands with Lavin in charge. I've got to beleve in the latter. You know everybody has to retire at some point. I also inquired on financing and was reassured that business would continue. This was one of my concerns as the 10Q stated that operating capital was running very short. Mark S.
