I still think HRP is a poor value because of management. They are paid on assets under management and thus have no allegiance to stock price (imo). I think HRP is going to have issues going forward especially as their cost of credit continues to climb. (Did anyone hear managements response to the idea of buying back stock on the conference call ? If you didn't and own this stock, you may want to)

FSP I like a lot. Although I am down about 5% on my purchase, I will be adding if it goes down further. They are unleveraged and will have more immmunity from the whims of the credit markets.
