Call Centers Exploding in the Philippines The BPO industry (Call Centers/Outsourcing) is really booming right now in the Philippines. I just booked a ticket with Expedia and the person on the phone was over there, same with Buy.com and they had no accent, UNLIKE like those in India. If you are interested in this sector you should also check out SSVE, small company, just IPO'd and already profitable in the first full quarter and they report to be growing by 20% month over month.
