I am referring also to yield (as per the inq story). The whole point of the shrink is to get more revenue per wafer. If yield is poor; and the process cannot produce high bin parts, then cost will not improve, and neither will margin.

Anyway, it is too early to jump to these conclusions. I wonder whether the 65 nm parts will be shipped for significant revenue this quarter. It does not look like it to me.
