Mas,

1. You can't get another spin in a month. Imaginary statement.
You don't know when the spin that was used for the demo was available to AMD. You don't know exactly when AMD will make more detail available (why would 'early next year' exclude start of Feb). You don't know if only metal layers need adjusting (CJ's point). Imaginary statement.

2. Imaginary speculation when a performance reason has already been given and I added marketing as another important one.
Too vague to comment for me.

3. The cost of making a 286 sq mm die does not change during it's lifetime so what difference does that make to what is released first or last ? More imaginary baseless bashing.
Yields go up during the life cycle, and hence costs go down. Both (yields up, costs down) are especially factors early in the life cycle, and especially when the dies are large. This is really what I think is true. Are you telling me I'm bashing now too? If you're not and have real arguments tell me why costs of making a die are not decreasing with increasing yields specifically early in the life cycle.

4. More imaginary baseless bashing with no technical counterstatement to the statement bashed.
Excuse me? Who are you to make claims like this so freely and without arguments?? Arguments please. My argument was and is that HTT3 will improve latency and bandwidth most in 4S (16 core) servers allowing highly threaded apps to benefit more relatively than in 2S (8 core) servers. Considering your empty reply can I take it you have no counter argument?

I didn't think I insulted him in the first place
Don't kid anyone.

.. but just attacked his statements
without arguments.
