N95 masks [Snip] The government bought 4.5 million standard masks for about 10 cents each. Ontario nurses say the masks are inadequate protection against avian flu, and the government needs to buy N95 surgical masks at about 10 times the cost. Nurses demanded and received N95 masks three years ago during Toronto's SARS outbreak. ctv.ca
