Glenn, I read the bankruptcy filings last night and Neoforma was spun off as part of the liquidation process. So that isn't the reason for the surge in vol/price the last few days. I sold a few shares and long the rest. Could be short covering. Very weird. Still doing dd on this one Glenn to see if anything is left to commons.
