|Communications Research is Awarded 3 Long Term IT Contracts|

MAHWAH, N.J.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 1, 2004--Communications Research, Inc. (OTCBB:CRHI - News) announced today they were awarded 3 two year projects from the Ramapo College of New Jersey. This sizable project win for the Company was awarded over fierce competition and positions the company with substantial workflow over the next few years.
The company has been retained as special systems consultant for audiovisual, Campus Cable TV and telephone/data for a new 450 bed residence hall, 60,000 sq. ft classroom building expansion and a Sustainability Building for environmental studies at Ramapo College of New Jersey. These projects, with other 6-12 school projects currently in progress assures CRI design, specification and project management work into the Fall of 2006. The company feels these projects will easily fit into their normal work-flow with a number of additional long term projects anticipated.

This workload makes it even more important to move TeleWriter Corporation out on it's own to gain more space for these projects in our existing location.
