Morning Cactus! Happy Thanksgiving. Another story along those lines that comes to mind is one day when I was working with one of the newer folks on a case. I guess that I had been pretty nit-picky and it was wearing on the guy. The person was standing in my door way and said, sort of jokingly, something like, "Do you have to have excellence everyday?" I said, "As a matter of fact, I do." Then I pulled off a little yellow stick on note from my computer monitor on the side that only I can see and showed it to him. It read, "Seek excellence everyday." We both smiled. Now that guys is still with us today. In fact, he's been designated to take over a lot of the special work I do once I'm gone. RR
