That is interesting. I really had no idea crime rate was so low in Turkey. But there is an alternate explanation. Both Turkey and Tunisia have names starting with "T U". Since the low rates cannot possibly be due to good graces of the barbarous Muslim culture living in those countries, perhaps it must be the alphabet. But then, how will we explain Qatar?
