Besides the XP security fiasco and the usual from Microsoft. Here is a funny article:

MICROSOFT SUES 'LINDOWS' FOR INFRINGING ON WINDOWS TRADEMARK
Microsoft is seeking to force a name change of the Lindows software, which is a version of the Linux operating system capable of running programs made for Windows.

Its funny because the idea of "windows" comes mainly from the Mac and X-windows, and because Microsoft has been pushing XP, NT, etc.. The idea that "Windows" can be copyrighted is kind of nonsensical as well.

It reads like the usual MS paranoia or maybe they are finally starting to hear the Linux footsteps in the background.
