Is Susan B. Felch a liar and/or hallucinator? So far in the Varian SLAPP against free speech trial the most damaging witness for Ms. Felch has been Craig Moro who testified that none of Ms. Felch's allegations were substantiated by the weeks of invasive Varian bathroom videotaping done with a camera hidden in Ms. Felch's office. Moro did establish that Varian in fact destroyed the video tape evidence that showed at least one employee using a Varian bathroom. geocities.com Be careful who you SLAPP!
