No, the Options Clearing Corporation, who makes the rules regarding options, has stated that in-the-money options on AREM will be automatically exercised tomorrow as normal. (The implied transactions will simply wait until after the halt to be cleared.) Presumably holders of nominally out-of-the-money puts will be allowed to exercise as well, the catch being that many will not know this or how to do it.
