VSEA drops to $35.06 a share as SLAPP trial looms closer! The long awaited VSEA & Susan B. Felch SLAPP trial & the accompanying $50,000,000 liability for invasive bathroom video taping is scheduled to begin September 24, 2001 and last six weeks according to the presiding Judge Jamie Jacobs-May who issued the Order to trial. It is not clear to this reporter how low VSEA will go.
